Indosat Launches “Indosat Shop” in Jakarta and Surabaya

In order to notice a wider range of customers, Indosat recently presented the latest service center “Indosat Shop”. This program is used to obtain a variety of mobile telecommunications services as well as resolve problems that may arise in using the service. This service is now present in the two cities, Jakarta and Surabaya.

Indosat Shop sales presence in the center of information technology tools and gadgets, which is the main reference center and the consumer in obtaining telecommunication devices.

Indosat Shop provide a range of integrated services such as sale of Indosat SIM Card cellular activation of both prepaid and post paid, the sale of a variety of bundling packages, information on various products and services, the charging pulse, post-paid bill payments as well, handling customer complaints.

Customers can also get the PIN and PUK card information of customers, setting parameters and activation of Indosat features, and retention programs.
